Small Boat Team Regatta

On a 21-foot boat there is no passenger seat. Everybody trims something, everybody calls something, and the team that talks to each other wins. It is the most direct version of the exercise we run, and with seven Andrews 21s and three J/80s on the line, it scales further than most people expect.

How the day runs

1. 01

   Teams of four are formed and matched to a boat and skipper.

2. 02

   A rigging and handling briefing on the dock.

3. 03

   Short course, multiple races, rotating roles.

4. 04

   Cumulative scoring across the day decides it.
